Hello today and how have you found the tips I have shared with you on “Why God Created Darkness” and allowed it in the lives of Christians.

You have learnt that He spiritually strengthens you by allowing it in your life. You also read the story of Hannah. How she became a prophet’s mother after God allowed “darkness” to trouble her for years. You can check my previous posts for more on all of these.

Today, by God’s grace, I will be telling you more on the reasons why God allows “darkness” in the lives of Christians. As I was studying the Bible one beautiful day, the Holy Spirit of God pointed my attention to Jesus’ statement in John 6: 70 and 71 (KJ2000).

“Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve and one of you is a devil? He spoke of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that would betray Him, being one of the twelve”

This passage above is clear enough from our Lord Jesus Christ for us to understand another great reason why God creates and allows “darkness” in the lives of His children. Jesus says, “I chose the devil to reach my goal here on earth”. We all know very well that Judas Iscariot betrayed Him and this incidence is one of the vehicles needed to convey Him to the cross (His goal).

Thank God, He chose Judas Iscariot (a representative of “darkness”) who acted his scripts very well so that Jesus can reach the cross, die, resurrect, and wash the sins of the world away. You will understand my message very well if you make yourself to think of the calamity that would have befallen humanity if Jesus had come to this earth and not get to the cross! I do not even want to think about the possibilities. It will be total hopelessness for humanity.

So dear friend, never fret when you see “darkness” around you (Jesus was not moved by Judas’ presence around Him). It is God’s special design to take you to your goal in life.

Important Note

It is possible as you read this; you are still not a friend and child of God through Jesus Christ. You are not helping your fight over “darkness” if you have not given your life to Jesus Christ. “Darkness” will pummel you to submission if you do not confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior now! Please reflect on this and God will help you to take a decision.
