How did you find my last post? I discussed my encounter with this “darkness” thing at the early stage of my Christian life. I want to read more comments from you and you can just share your own experience with me and other visitors to my blog.

Today, I will be describing another useful experience of mine on this platform.

Some years back, I was enjoying my math-teaching job at one of the best high school in my country until God asked me to leave! Well, if I must leave, then I felt He should have provided another job but this was not to be so as I was asked to leave without a job replacement!

After one year of turning deaf hears to God’s instructions, I finally left to start a book selling business. The first year was great as I made so much from my business that I had to put up a personal two-bedroom flat apartment. God really was at work in this first year as He opened doors upon doors for my family and me.

However, the second year was another story altogether as the doors of opportunities that opened on their own accords stopped opening. I applied many of the business success principles that I have read and learnt form from books and from experts to “force’ doors to open with little success.

I turned to the Bible – the final authority to fight “darkness”. As usual, I got victories after praying the WORD but my victories were just information stationed in the spiritual realm. Nothing changed in the physical realm!

I realized that God was at work in my first year in business, the same God was also at work in this “strange” second year. The only difference was that He used the “tool” called “darkness” to prepare me for the next assignment He had in stock for me!

Finally

I hope you have enjoyed this post. Never cry like a baby when “darkness” shows its ugly head in your life or business. Instead, fight, and then seek God’s face concerning the issue. One thing is very sure, if you are a Christian, “darkness” cannot throw you out. It can only take you to the next level!
IMPORTANT NOTE

If you are not a Christian, you will struggle fighting “darkness”. You do not have any chance of being victorious. Remember, “Without Jesus you can not do anything” (John 15:5b).
