Christian mentality to achieve success is what I call the above-only mentality: Present circumstances around our world today should help you to fully understand the necessity for you to start operating by the above-only mentality.
What Jesus said about this type of Christian mentality
Jesus said so much about this type of Christian mentality in the bible.
First, He said this about Himself:
John 8:23
[23]And He said to them, “You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.
He was living on the earth then but He was not of the world but from above and He was operating by the above-only mentality and Principles.
Jesus wants us to operate by this Christian mentality
Jesus extended it to us:
John 17:14-17
[14]I have given and delivered to them Your word (message) and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world [do not belong to the world], just as I am not of the world.”

Be conscious of your heaven citizenship
Jesus, from the bible passage above, is not asking you to leave the earth but He is asking you to live on the earth with full consciousness of your heaven residency. If you are from above, you should operate by above standards or with this special Christian mentality for success..

Sanctify them [purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself, make them holy] by the Truth; Your Word is Truth.
If you want to start operating by the heaven mentality to achieve success, you must begin to operate or live by the Word standards and not by the world standards.
- When the world says, you will only survive when you cheat and steal, you don’t do this. You only do what the Word says which is always the opposite of what the world says.
- If the world says the economy of your country will limit you, you should say no to that and rest on what the Word says.
- If the world says you need to be greedy because things are getting more tight and tough for the world, you need to resolve to do the Word that says you must be selfless and liberal.
