I have been asked this question, How can God bless my business, on a number of occasions by different people who are running businesses.
I believe such questions like this and others like how do I run a faith based business and who is a Christian entrepreneur should come to me because of my various teachings on the topic of faith and Business.

Does God bless businesses?
Yes, God blesses businesses. He does because He said in His Word that He will bless the works of our hands. Your business represent the works of your hands.
The Bible also says, 3 John 1:2
[2]Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
We all know that running a business is one of the ways we can prosper. So it’s great to see from the Bible passage above that God wants us to prosper financially.
How can God bless my business?
The following are the ways that God can bless your business:
1. You must be a child of God
You have to become a child of God. You have to become born again. With this, you have more chances of God being committed to blessing your business.
2. You must discover your God-given purpose
It is important that you need to find out your God-given purpose. That is, you must find out the reason why God created you and planted you in this earth.
God created you for a purpose. He created you to show forth His praises.
When you understand your purpose, you will be more determined to use your business platform for the cause of God in this earth.
I run a business and my business and it’s profits are used for the cause of God in this earth.
3. Understand that your business is your ministry
It is important you should understand that your business is your ministry. You should see your business as a platform to either directly or indirectly preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I once wrote a book on Ideal Organization where I was helped to expose how businesses can directly or indirectly preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.

4. Use your income or profit for the cause of the gospel
If you want God to bless your business, then you should begin to use your profit and Business income for the promotion of the kingdom of God on this earth.
Don’t be scared, you are not using all your profits and income. You should set aside a percentage of your profit and income for this purpose.
Your business should be tithing. A tenth of your income should go to God – pay this to your church or to a spiritual mentor.
Matthew 6:33
[33]But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
5. Pray to God and pray for your business
You should pray for your business. You should worship God and thank Him consistently for everything new development in your business.
Thank Him for the business. Thank Him for level you are presently. Thank Him for the future He has shown you. Thank Him for the profits.
Thank Him for the customers He is bringing to you. Ask Him to send customers that are helpers of destiny to you.
