Benefits of hard work: Oshimen is a hard worker

In the last few years, Victor Oshimen has stood out as a very good and a very hard working player among his mates in the national team of Nigeria – the Super Eagles. The team has not given Nigerians anything to celebrate for some years now but Victor Oshimen has always put in his very best anytime he puts on the green and white jersey.

Winning the CAF APOTY 2023 awards just show anyone will always reap the benefits of hard work if they sow hard work.

Right from his days playing for the Golden Eaglets ( Nigeria’s under 17 national team), Oshimen has always put in the extra work and sacrifice.

He created a record at the under 17 world cup in the year 2015 when he scored an unprecedented 10 goals to emerge as the highest goal scorer in the tournament and also to lead Nigeria to victory in the tournament.

Victor Oshimen has also been the highest goal scorer in two qualifying tournaments in Africa so far.

CAF APOTY 2023: The Napoli feat

Last season Victor Oshimen put up his A performance to give Napoli fc fans the Scudetto title after waiting for many years since the legend, Diego Maradona won it for them.

Victor Oshimen worked hard to score 26 goals to emerge for the first time as the highest goal scorer in the Italian serie A. A first-time feat by any African.

His feat last year in the Scudetto is largely responsible for his winning the CAF APOTY 2023.

Hard work pays

Surely, hard work pays. The Bible clearly teaches this. Jesus worked very hard during His ministry on the earth. He said He would do the work of Him that sent Him while it’s day.

He worked hard to fulfill His purpose of coming to the earth. If Jesus had to work hard, you should also embrace hard work.

Hard work pays, it does not kill! At least, it did not kill Victor Oshimen. He is the CAF APOTY 2023 award winning.
